Visiting Swan Farm

We are conveniently located ten miles east of I-5, and less than a mile off Highway 58 (the road to Willamette Pass), adjacent to Elijah Bristow State Park, in the Cascade foothills of Lane County, Oregon, about 15 miles east of Eugene, Oregon.

As a hands-on operation, we aim to be available for drop-ins, but can easily be called away on issues and errands, so it's best to touch base with us, whether in advance or on your way.
